Order Processing & Production Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that this is the processing time before your order is shipped out and does not include the actual shipping transit time.

We currently ship internationally to over 200 countries worldwide. Shipping is done through various carriers depending on your location and the selected service.

Standard Shipping: 7-25 business days
Express Shipping: 5-15 business days

Delivery times may be affected by reasons beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or import holds.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Return & Exchange Policy
We offer returns and exchanges on items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Please initiate your return or exchange request through our website. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges without prior authorization. Sale items and promotional goods are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work towards a satisfactory solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of purchase.
